How to spot a conman:

-They have large amounts of "flash money".

-When it comes to agreeing prices and payment dates, they claim poverty.

-They do not respond to enquiries concerning their non payment of bills

-They rewrite history to suit their needs.

-They play the wounded party in any dispute over contracts.

When you come across these people, avoid them.
