Kudos to South Korea for making the most honest statement I have ever heard from a country in many years, wrt the Hanoi debacle, in which they basically said they didn't know what the fuck had just happened and were going to ask the Americans.
That very brief statement, apart from being remarkably honest, contains a hell of a lot of meat!
