Gary and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner today. Went to our friends Mike and Marie J.'s home. (Marie was the chef) Our menu was turkey, stuffing, mashed potatos, gravy, sweet potatos, green been casserole, cranberry sauce, ham and rolls. For dessert we had our choice of Chocolate silk pie, dutch apple pie, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, or chocolate cake.
As decadent as it was, to have so much food to choose from, (in this economy) it was fun. Remember we only do this kind of meal once a year.
