The noise of a car alarm is surely one of the most irritating noises on the planet. Yet these devices are, more often than not, ignored by the owners of the cars and passers by.
Let us rid ourselves of this scourge of modern life, and pass a decree whereby; if a car alarm is not silenced within 15 minutes, the car is blown up.
