When a nobody tweets his/her insanity via the net, little harm is done to others except maybe to the handful of people who might follow the nobody.

However, when an insane person in a position of power and influence tweets his/her insanity that insanity is transferred to millions via his/her followers and the media.

This is not a healthy state of affairs for the world.
