Advice To Airlines and Holiday Companies Refusing Covid19 Refunds

If you want to treat bookings, cancelled because of covid19, as a loan (instead of refunding your customers, as you are meant to do) then you should offer to pay your customers interest on the payments they have made for the bookings cancelled.

You should also offer a legally binding guarantee, backed by escrow/third party etc, that if you go bankrupt before your customer redeems his/her enforced "loan" that you will repay the money in full if you go bankrupt!
