2022 was a pretty hard and miserable year for many people around the world.
Sadly, it appears to me, that 2023 may in fact be worse for a large number of people.
When faced with an uncertain and, to a large extent, worrying future people have the choice of freezing like rabbits caught in the headlights or doing the best they can to live and enjoy their lives whilst they are still able.
My advice is to do the latter!
