Social Engineering

Social engineering is a futile exercise performed by weak governments trying to assert their authority, on the pretext of a socially cohesive and "people friendly" agenda.

All social engineering projects are destined to fail dismally; as governments do not have the time, intellectual ability, skill or interest to think through the consequences of their actions.
