Much nonsense has been written by the media about the so called Macron/Trump bromance.
There was of course nothing of the sort. However, Macron had I suspect briefly the ability and strength to persuade Trump to "think" a little about the possible consequences of his planned actions wrt eg Iran.
Unfortunately, once someone explains to Trump that Macron dissed him in his speech to Congress any such hope will be consigned to the dustbin of history. As Macron knows (or should know) Trump does not take kindly to being dissed, especially in public!
