Covid has destroyed what little there was left of people's risk perspective and perception, and ability to understand that life is not risk free.

Sadly some governments around the world, egged on by the screeching media and experts who are not challenged by politicians who are scientifically illiterate, have handed over control to risk averse fussbuckets.

This situation will not abate until control is taken back by people who understand that life must go, irrespective of a small uptick in risk.

Eat More Cheese

Cheese is not only an excellent source of protein and calcium, it is also ideal for lowering the acidity of your mouth and hence reduce the risk of tooth decay.

Garlic

The health giving properties of fresh garlic cannot be over emphasised.

Eat a clove or more of raw fresh garlic everyday and, so many claim, you will:

-Lower your blood pressure

-Reduce the risk of heart trouble

-Reduce the risk of cancer

-Reduce the risk of stomach ulcers

-Improve your auto immune system

-Ward off sore throats and colds

Needless to say you will smell of garlic. However, eating fresh parsley will reduce the smell; it is a small price to pay for improved health.
